Our history
TPML was incorporated in 1993 and has spent more than 30 years helping companies source products and run their supply chains.
Nick Borgdorff acquired TPML in 2015 and has led it as President since. Under Borgdorff Management, Inc. (BMI), we added process and management consulting to the sourcing work, then applied AI through Mission Ready Digital and industrial automation through TPML Automation.
The job hasn't changed: help our clients get good products made at the right cost. We build teams around each client's goals and stay for the long term.

Nicholas Borgdorff
President, TPML · President & CEO, Borgdorff Management, Inc.
Nick is a U.S. Navy veteran. He holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering (magna cum laude) from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Wharton.
Before TPML he held operations leadership roles at Freeman, Derse and Impact XM. He acquired TPML in 2015 and has led it as President since. He is also President & CEO of Borgdorff Management, Inc., the parent of TPML, Mission Ready Digital and TPML Automation.
